CopertoAI for hospitality

Coperto / CompanyCoperto Technologies

We are thepreparation,not thepresentation

A guest never notices the place setting — yet the evening does not begin without it. Coperto handles exactly that invisible part: laying out operations before the first person walks in.

Rules

Four we do not move

01

We count what can be checked

Every figure in the interface unfolds down to the source event: a receipt, an invoice, a clock-in. If a number cannot be opened up, we do not display it.

02

Shift first, model second

A rollout starts with two shifts spent on the floor beside the team. We never design automation from a process description — only from how it actually runs on a Friday night.

03

A refusal is cheaper than a rebuild

If the first conversation shows the layer will not pay off here, we say so on the spot. A project that should never have started costs more than an empty quarter.

04

A site’s data stays with the site

We never blend one client’s history into another’s model, and we never sell aggregates onward. Full export on request, machine-readable, within a day.

Crew

Who answers for it

A small team where every direction has a name and a face. No project runs without direct contact with the person accountable for it.

  • Alexey KorolevFounderOwns the product frame and decides which sites we take on and which we decline. Every first client conversation goes through him.
  • Mkhitar GevondyanChief Technology OfficerAccountable for platform architecture and for the collection loop never taking a client’s POS down. The site model is his territory.
  • MichaelHead of HRRuns hiring and onboarding, from the first application to the end of probation. Every test assignment and offer passes through him.
  • Renata HovsepyanHead of RolloutsWalks a site from the first shift on the floor to the third step. When a rollout stalls, she is the one who shows up.
  • Timur SaakyanLead ML EngineerDemand forecasting and anomaly detection. Keeps the model from inventing things on a site’s thin history.
  • Olga DementievaProduct DesignInterfaces meant to be read one-handed in a noisy room. Anything that takes longer than two seconds to grasp gets redone.

Chronicle

How we got here

  1. 2021The first 86 listA script for a single lounge: it gathered mix stock and posted the 86 list into the shift chat. It saved the lead forty minutes a day — that was the beginning.
  2. 2022From script to loopWe built the first shared loop across four sites of one chain. It became clear the value is not in a module but in modules sharing one model of the site.
  3. 2024Beyond restaurantsThe first non-restaurant sites: a poker club and a hotel group. A tournament schedule and a room grid turned out to be the same problem as floor seating.
  4. 2026CopertoWe changed the name to match a wider niche: not restaurants alone but all of hospitality. The platform settled into six modules and one site model.

Tell us what hurts on your floor right now

The first conversation takes twenty minutes and no slide deck. We need to know which routine eats your shift. Then we will say plainly whether we help here or not.
