A chain of premium lounge cafés: over 25 individually designed venues across Moscow and the region. VIP rooms, board games, consoles, live match broadcasts, an in-house kitchen and a tea list. Daily footfall runs near ten thousand guests, and nearly all of it lands in the evening windows.
What we did
- 01Broke the evening into 30-minute windows and taught the Floor module to hold different dwell times for VIP rooms, the main hall and the broadcast seats.
- 02Tied the sports broadcast schedule to the demand forecast: a match in the calendar lifts expected seating for that specific venue, not the whole chain.
- 03Moved rostering onto the forecast instead of copying last week — on match days the right number of extra hookah masters now show up.
- 04Wired the loyalty programme into the guest profile: a server sees one line of context — last order and last room.
